Midwest Diecast Miniatures offers many pre-order items. Our pre-order policy is as follows:
Any items which are noted as a pre-order will have an estimated delivery date or
time frame noted.
If you place an order for only items which
are a pre-order, payment must be made at
the time you place the order. This will ensure that you will receive the items. If there is a delay in shipping any pre-ordered item, it will be noted on our online store.
If you place a mixed order for in-stock
and pre-order items, payment must be made for all items at the time you place the order. Shipping of mixed orders may be delayed in order to ship all items together. If pre-ordered items will be delayed or available 2 weeks after you place your order, all in stock items will be shipped first, then your pre-ordered items will ship when they are delivered to us.
Shipping Charges & Methods:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees at time of order
fulfillment. An order containing multiple pre-order
items which may arrive at different times will not incur additional shipping charges. Shipping charges that are posted with your order by our web
site are exact shipping charges that you will incur.
All orders to US addresses are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders shipped to Canada addresses are shipped US Postal Service First Class International Mail (under 4lbs). Orders shipped to International (Overseas) addresses are shipped US Priority International Mail.
Buyers will be required to purchase insurance for any order over $50.00 regardless of shipping address. Customers will be sent an email notification if insurance is required for their order. Insurance costs will be billed through Paypal with a separate invoice.
Return Policy
Items damaged during
shipment:
Midwest Diecast Miniatures will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcel, if insurance has not been purchased. Any parcel that has been insured, Midwest Diecast Miniatures will replace the damaged item. Any damaged item that can not be replaced, an alternative product or refund will be offered. Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded.
Wrong Item Shipped:
If we have made a
mistake and shipped the wrong item, Midwest Diecast Miniatures will correct the mistake and ship you the correct item(s). We ask that the item(s) that were sent be returned. Customers will be reimbursed for shipping fees for returned items under this case.
Payment Methods:
All prices shown are in US Dollars.
We accept PayPal for website purchases. We will accept Money Orders, however you must notify us prior to ordering.
